Safety rules
During photo sessions with participation of animals, all safety rules (occupational health and safety standards)
must be strictly observed – both generally and in contact with specific animal species

When making an appointment for the animal photo session / taking part in the animal photo session,
the Client hereby represents that they are aware of the risks
related to contact with representatives of the given animal species,
and they take full responsibility for their actions during contact with specific animals
RESERVATION OF A DATE
A prerequisite for reservation of a session spot on the chosen date is payment of 100% of the value of the selected package
(agreed during the appointment procedure) to the bank account indicated by the Photographer (Małgorzata Rokicka)
or her Photo Agent (Hanna Krawczyk) – reservation fee
The reservation fee includes a non-refundable advance of PLN 250
(included in each package price) – initial consultation and session preparation
-> In the case of unfavourable weather conditions which prevent performance of the session,
the reservation fee is not forfeited but transferred to the next convenient date
-> If session dates are changed for reasons attributable to the Client,
each new date is set after additional payment in the amount of PLN 100
(agreed during the appointment procedure) to the bank account indicated by the Photographer (Małgorzata Rokicka)
or her Photo Agent (Hanna Krawczyk) – reservation fee

Resignation
Resignation from participation in an agreed photo session,
reported by the Client more than 48h before the planned session date

Copyright and Licenses
✔ The Client is granted a lifetime license for private, non-commercial use of the received Photo Pictures in an unchanged form
✔ A license for extended/commercial use of the Photo Pictures – terms and conditions and the price agreed individually
✔ The Photographer (Małgorzata Rokicka) reserves all copyrights and rights to use the Photo Pictures made by her,
being the result of her creative work
✔ The Photographer (Małgorzata Rokicka) reserves the unlimited right to publish the Photo Pictures made by her
on the Internet (portfolio, websites, social media, etc.) for the purposes of promotion of her creative work
✔ The Photographer (Małgorzata Rokicka) reserves the right to unlimited use of the Photo Pictures made by her
in form of Artistic Prints
✔ A license for extended/commercial use of the Photo Pictures – terms and conditions and the price agreed individually

It is possible to make a gift of an Artistic Portrait Session in form of a unique gift card (gift voucher)

Terms AND CONDITIONS of purchase and use of gift cards (gift vouchers)
✔ A gift voucher (gift card) authorizes its holder – the person whose name and surname are indicated on the gift card – to participate in a Portrait Session performed by the Photographer (Małgorzata Rokicka) -> to order photos of their own/rented animal
✔ The Buyer of a gift card pays for it depending on its selected form:
-> according to the currently applicable price list of Portrait Sessions – if a specific package is selected
-> according to the agreed amount
-> according to the agreed amount
✔ The gift card is provided to the Buyer in an electronic and/or printed form after the payment is booked
✔ It is possible to collect a printed gift voucher in person in Łomianki (free of charge) or to receive it by InPost courier mail for an additional fee (according to the currently binding price list of the mail/courier operator). The gift voucher is sent within three business days after the payment is booked
✔ A gift card cannot be exchanged for money or other services
✔ A gift voucher is intended for a single use and cannot be returned
✔ A gift card is valid for 12 months – starting from its purchase date
✔ The holder of a gift card can purchase additional shots (photos) according to the currently applicable price list of Portrait Sessions✔ The holder of a gift voucher is not entitled to reimbursement of a price difference if they wish to receive a lesser number of photos than specified on the gift voucher
✔ The Photographer (Małgorzata Rokicka) may refuse to perform a Portrait Session if the presented gift card: is damaged, is illegible, does not have a validity date or is no longer valid (its validity date expired)
✔ A gift voucher can be used after a previous agreement of the date of the Portrait Session by making an appointment directly with the Photographer (Małgorzata Rokicka) or her Photo Agent (Hanna Krawczyk) by phone or e-mail, with indication of the gift voucher number and presentation of the gift voucher before commencement of the session
Participation in a Portrait Session is equivalent to familiarizing oneself with and acceptance
of the aforementioned terms and conditions as well as the Terms of Participation in Portrait Sessions
